Vaccine is an Inappropriate Word
When you collapse on stage for no apparent reason after boasting about your vaccination status.
Comedian, Chelsea Handler, whom I have never even heard of until now, recently collapsed on stage and is in the hospital according to a Yahoo Entertainment article. The very first line of the article reads, “Chelsea Handler is vaccinated, horny…and in the hospital.”(I know, I know. Can things possibly get any weirder or more ironic?) One sentence later, the article explains Vaccinated and Horny was the name of her scheduled comedy shows. Ms. Handler was sure to let everyone know she didn’t have COVID, but neither she nor the writer of the article dare suggest she may have had an adverse event from the vaccine. In the comments section, I decided to mention that by saying this: “No news reporter is even allowed for a split second to suggest it may have had to do with a vaccine.” Immediately after I pushed the send button, I received a warning: (I don’t remember the exact words so I paraphrase:) Language that is inappropriate to our community guidelines may not be approved”, are you sure you want to post this? Of course, it was okay for them to use the word vaccine twice, but that’s another story. So, I took out the word, vaccine, and replaced it with this: “No news reporter is even allowed for a split second to consider it may have had to do with a word that is considered inappropriate on this site.” Seemingly, my post went through or at least bypassed the warning message with the word vaccine taken out of it. I no longer received a warning, but it has yet to be officially approved. Coincidence? Maybe, honestly can things get any crazier? Well, yes they can.
Another comedian, Heather McDonald, also recently collapsed on stage during her show and was taken to the hospital. According to TMZ and other reports, her last words before falling were, "I'm vaxxed, double vaxxed, boosted ... and flu shot and shingle shot and haven't gotten COVID and Jesus loves me most." Wow! Apparently God doesn’t like being mocked. Once again, though, no talk whatsoever about the possibility one or more of those wonderful vaccines she boasted about could have caused her to get dizzy and faint. Apparently in today’s word young people collapsing, falling, and ending up in the hospital for no apparent reason is just something we all have to accept as normal.
